Dear Barbara,
Just a brief note to let you know that Hunter made it safely to Milan and to thank you for your hard work.
At the vet office, I was told that all the paperwork was in order. I was directed to the Customs office, where I had to wait until the Customs guy went through all the papers. The next and final stop was the Customs warehouse, where I had to wait for Hunter. All told, I didn't get him until four hours after my arrival at the airport!
Hunter was extremely agitated when he saw me. The good news is that it didn't take him too long to calm down. During the bus ride back to Milan, he settled down and, at a certain point, started looking out the window at his new home.
My wife, son, and daughter arrived that evening. On Sunday, we went to the Piazza del Duomo, the main square of Milan, we asked someone to take a group photo of us.
Once again, thanks for all your help.
Best regards,
Larry G - Italy
Hi Barbara,
How are you? As you know, we made it and have our babies!
All the best,

Dear Barbara:
Lisa & I would like to thank you for the wonderful assistance we received using your services since. Last year we adopted 'Slater' from the Jackson Hole, WY - Animal Rescue Center. Slater is a Border Collie/English Setter mix and a wonderful new addition to our family and got along great with our aging Labrador. ( who just went across the rainbow bridge after 13 ½ years )
This summer 'Slater' once more enjoyed his time out west, hiking the high mountain trails and we look forward to next year already.
Please use us as a reference any time.
Sincerely
Are & Lisa F. - Florida & Wyoming
Hi,
Things worked out great. Thank you for your help Barbara, it was a traumatic experience for all concerned and I don’t think I could have done it without you. Blakey squeaked through with the paperwork and then peed for five minutes straight as soon as we let him out. HE LOVES HIS NEW HOME. I’m not quite sure what he is making out of these cow and sheep smells, he’ll figure it out. I wish everyone ran their business, including the one we sold, to people as thorough and professional as you are.
Thanks again,
Camille F. - Ireland
Yes, my pets arrived well, and they are adapting fine. It’s very hot over here, so “Chief” (the dog) goes out quickly during the day, and we play at night.
It’s worth the cost to have them picked up and delivered!! Even if you’re poor, go ahead, put it on credit like I did. No worries for you, much easier.

Hi Barbara,
I just wanted to let you know that "Fulmi" and I arrrived safe and sound in San Francisco, and to thank you for all your wonderful help! It certainly made mine and jet-setter Fulmi's travelling a lot easier!
As far as pet travel tips, I do suggest that people ask, like you said, when transferring, that the crew check that your pet is on board. I found that the captain calls down and the ground crew confirms, which settles at tleast the owner!
I was a pest, but the important thing is that Fulmi arrived from Rome to San Francisco with me!
