WE MADE IT!!! The airline you booked for us was great and definitely used to handling neurotic mothers like me. Charlie did fairly well. Unfortunately both legs of the trip were exceptionally turbulent so he got off a little shaken up but ten minutes later was just fine. The forty minute connection was a little tight but they allowed me not to board until they were sure that he had made it. Again they were great with me and that had to translate to Charlie. He was definitely the last thing loaded and the first thing off on both legs.

Many thanks for all your time and efforts on my behalf. I know that it was a little crazy there for a bit. I very much appreciate your patience and won't hesitate to use you again. In your business half the challenge is the overprotective, neurotic parents of the four leggeds of which I definitely qualify. A sincere thanks for all your efforts.

Utah to Texas

Thank you so much. BooBoo Bear and I bonded immediately. As you suggested, sending my t-shirt to put in his crate was the right thing to do. I woke up Sunday at 7am and could not sleep so I drove to get him. He had all kinds of kisses for me. Went to the hotel and sat by the pool all day.

Everytime I went to swim or the restroom he whined and looked for me. I brought him to work on Monday since it's Bring Your Pet to Work Week. He was so protective. I'll be going home to have lunch with him.

Relocation to England

Hi Barbara,
This is a photo of "Peetie" in London. We're staying at a friend's place until we move into our new residence at the end of the month.
Peetie considers his travel cage to be his home, and spends hours in there at a time! We were afraid that he would be too scared to go back in the cage, but he loves it! His journey was obviously safe and he's completely settled into London life!

Peetie travels around on the double decker busses and loves the London Underground - he gets all the attention!

Texas to Germany

Things are just fine here in Deutschland. Sonny and Duke are adjusting well, and we have found a great english speaking vet and a good hunde-schule (dog obedience school) so they can be as well behaved as the other dogs here.

Arizona to Germany

Dear Ann and Barbara,

I am very grateful to Puppy Travel for helping me, my brother and sister-in-law in sending Mijo on a flight alone from Arizona to Stuttgart, Germany. I don’t think we would have solved all the hurdles without the expert help of Puppy Travel – Ann and Barbara.

Mijo and I go to Doggie School near our home and enjoy it very much, meeting new people and other dogs, even another boxer.

California to Louisiana

Dear Ann,

Thank you so much for being a travel agent for my two kitties, Riley (6) and Ginger (4). During my relocation from California to Louisiana, I had a million things to think about. I was so happy to know that all I had to do with the cats is let your company handle the details.

Your travel agent, Barbara, was so sweet and easy to work with. Barbara answered all of my questions and made me feel secure about the trip my kitties would be making. I was really impressed with how she handled all of my needs. She told me exactly what I needed to do to prepare my kitties for travel and handled all the arrangements with the airline.

Since I relocated during the Summer, one of my biggest fears was that the kitties would be harmed by the heat. Barbara made sure to find an airline that serviced my location that could ensure the temperature inside the plane would be consistant and would not rise above a safe level.

Since I don't have children I tend to treat my kitties like they were my kids. Their well-being is one of my highest priorities. I honestly might not have moved had I not been able to ensure their safe journey. My cats arrived safely.

New Mexico to Puerto Rico

"Madam" and "Jake" from the Sicalam Championships in Puerto Rico. They have also traveled to Calgary, Canada, and Argentina this year. Jake is a CKC Top Hound for 2005 and the Top Dog Basenji. He travels constantly. I think they need a frequent traveler program.
